Snow Patrol and Safety

Club members volunteer time to develop and maintain trails for everyone’s use. The Brown County Snow Patrol was formed to assist local law enforcement agencies, snowmobilers, and landowners with trail enforcement laws. They also promote the safe responsible use of Snowmobile trails, provide trail information and assistance to trail users. Additionally, they assist landowners with trespass complaints and provide emergency rescue assistance to area law enforcement agencies.

To report violations and trespassing complaints, contact: Brown County Sheriff’s Department, (920) 448-4218 or for emergencies, dial 911. For Snowmobile accidents, registration, safety classes and violations, contact the Wisconsin DNR, (920) 492-5801.
